As President of Reddy Equipment, Inc., George brings over 30 years of waste industry knowledge. George started on the hauling side of the waste industry, but after purchasing Reddy Equipment, Inc. in 1996 he has grown the business by working with haulers and direct customers on sales and service of waste equipment. George is responsible for new business relationships, national accounts, consulting, and custom waste equipment sales and installation. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, degree from Bowling Green State University.
Kathy has been with Reddy Equipment, Inc. since the beginning and has played a vital role in the growth of the company. Her and George have been working together since 1996, through good times and bad. Her efforts and hard work ethic have allowed her children to join the company and help continue to grow Reddy Equipment, Inc. She handles every aspect of the internal bookkeeping, accounting, collections, payables, and more. She is also responsible for process improvement. Kathy holds a Business Management degree from Miami University.
Eric came to Reddy Equipment, Inc. in late 2013. He started his business career with chemical company giant, BASF, working in Michigan, then later being transferred back to his home city, Cleveland. At BASF, Eric was a Customer Account Manager, specializing in customer service aspects, supply chain management, process management, and forming strong customer relationships. Eric is responsible for managing the service business at Reddy Equipment, Inc., while also participating in new sales, office management, and forming growth strategies. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Supply Chain Management, degree from Bowling Green State University.
Kyle came to Reddy Equipment, Inc. mid way through 2014. Kyle started his career with Gilbane Building Company, when he was recruited out of college. He brings experience in Construction Management, where he was a Project Engineer helping to manage subcontractors and timelines on new construction projects. Kyle started in Cleveland, and eventually worked for 10 months in Hawaii, before coming back to Cleveland to join REI. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology, specializing in Construction Management, degree from Bowling Green State University
